Learn to open your lungs and sing like the songbird! Playfully working through a body-centred approach, using fun exercises to release and engage the voice, we slowly let go of all the judgements we have about ‘not being able to sing’ and allow our authentic sound vibration to shine.
Starting with the breath and musculature needed, we explore all kinds of sounding and vocal expression individually and together, leading us into a space of freely jamming with our full lion’s roar! This builds confidence, unblocks throat chakras, vibrationally heals Self and creates coherence within a group. Also adaptable to private one on one sessions
