Selah specialises in embodiment therapy, working on-line and in-person. She has developed a specific technique that engages with the subconscious to heal the underlying cause of our issues.
Her work is useful for physical injuries/chronic pain/illness ; integration of plant medicine journeys ; decision making ; healing addictive behaviours ; cultivating self-worth and creating a more aligned and purposeful life.
Tārā and Selah have collaborated with the Conscious Connection Celebration weekend Retreat which included sound-journey healing, theatre games, voice activation and a full-length elemental dance journey in which participants also had the opportunity to play with fire.
