You will laugh at yourself and each other as you get silly together whilst also exploring profound tools to trick that ‘inner judge’ into stepping down for a while to let the creative soul thrive. We all carry unreal beliefs from childhood about what we are capable of and how we should behave. This treasure chest of fun brings us together to challenge this, revealing vulnerabilities and fears in gentle ways, giving us an opportunity to play ourselves back to wholeness.
