A profound movement meditation. Sometimes we just need to let go of words and let the body speak! A carefully curated playlist to a theme and a few guiding principles are all you need. Simply surrender to being present, listen to what the body wants to say and allow yourself to express freely.

This is a deep honouring of our body intelligence and an acknowledgement that we lack the space to simply ‘let it out’. As we allow whatever is coming up to move through us, we find new pathways of expression, release and revelation.
