Isabel is a Wellbeing and Integration Coach facilitating heartful alignment through compassionate enquiry, meditation, breathwork and using her own Rewire Desire methodology.
Isabel co-facilitates the London conscious connection ceremonies with Tārā, also working as a pre and post integration coach for events and assisting on various retreats.
Isabel and Tara have co-created the Embodying Spirit podcast together and spend a lot of time
dreaming up the plans for the Centre for Healing Arts & Conscious Dying together.
